California High School Basketball - Lindsay ripped by McFarland
December 21, 2023: McFarland, CA 93250 The McFarland Cougars basketball team scored 93 points and held the visiting Lindsay Cardinals to 49 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Cougars now sport a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wasco for a South Sequoia contest on Wednesday, January 3. McFarland will meet a Tigers team coming off a 56-25 non-league loss to Strathmore (Strathmore, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 4-9.
The Cardinals (0-7) will now prepare for their contest against Valley Christian Academy (Santa Maria, CA). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Valley Christian Academy triumphed over Pioneer Valley (Santa Maria, CA), 81-59, in a non-league contest.
