Arkansas High School Basketball - McGehee knocked off by Morrilton
December 21, 2023: Morrilton, AR 72110 The Morrilton Devil Dogs basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting McGehee Owls to 49 in the Devil Dogs non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Devil Dogs now sport a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clarksville for a 4A Region 4 contest on Tuesday, January 2.
The Owls (9-3) will now prepare for their contest against Drew Central (Monticello, AR). The Pirates enter the non-league contest with a 7-6 record. In their last contest, Drew Central was defeated by Arkansas (Texarkana, AR), 54-53, in a non-league contest.
