Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Valdosta Wildcats (Valdosta, GA) and the host Meadowcreek Mustangs (Norcross, GA), saw Valdosta's basketball squad overcome Meadowcreek by a tally of 57-47.

With the victory, Valdosta improves its record to 12-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Cedar Grove (Ellenwood, GA) to play the Saints in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 22. The Saints come into the challenge with a record of 6-4. Cedar Grove won 54-45 in their recent non-league challenge against Sumter County (Americus, GA)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Tucker Tigers (Tucker, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 22. Meadowcreek will attempt to improve on its 3-7 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 6-4 record after their 52-50 non-league win over Lakeside (Evans, GA).
