Kentucky High School Basketball - Murray topped by Warren East
December 21, 2023: Murray, KY 42071 The Warren East Raiders basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the host Murray Tigers to 46 in the Raiders non-league victory on Thursday.
The Raiders now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Red Bank for a non-league contest on Friday, December 22. Warren East will battle a Lions team coming off a 57-52 non-league win over South Warren (Bowling Green, KY). The Lions record now stands at 10-2.
The Tigers (8-3) will now prepare for their contest against Warren Central (Bowling Green, KY). The Dragons come into the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Warren Central prevailed over Franklin-Simpson (Franklin, KY), 67-65, in a non-league contest.
