The North Sand Mountain Bison basketball team (Higdon, AL), was overwhelmed 69-30 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Plainview Bears (Rainsville, AL)

The Bears now possess a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Geraldine for a non-league battle on Friday, December 22.

The Bison (6-8) will now prepare for their battle against Lincoln (Lincoln, AL). The Golden Bears come into the non-league battle with a 1-11 record. In their last battle, Lincoln was overwhelmed by Glencoe (Glencoe, AL), 61-25, in a non-league battle.
