December 21, 2023: Ridgewood, NJ 07450 Ridgewood Maroons (Ridgewood, NJ) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting NV - Old Tappan Golden Knights (Old Tappan, NJ), 70-58 in a league bout.
With the win, Ridgewood upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Maroons host Glen Rock (Glen Rock, NJ) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 27. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Glen Rock won 52-33 in their recent league bout against Hawthorne (Hawthorne, NJ)
Next up, the Golden Knights play the Secaucus Patriots (Secaucus, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 27. NV - Old Tappan will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Patriots go into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 75-57 league loss to Lyndhurst (Lyndhurst, NJ).
