With the victory, Sierra Grande improves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Panthers host Evangel Christian Academy (Colorado Springs, CO) to play the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 6. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 3-3. Evangel Christian Academy won 48-34 in their recent non-league challenge against Cotopaxi (Cotopaxi, CO)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Kim/Branson Mustangs (Kim, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 5. Primero will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 56-45 non-league loss to Swink (Swink, CO).
