The Hornets now possess a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Scholastica for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 21. Catholic of Pointe Coupee will battle a Doves team coming off a 53-28 non-league win over Frederick A. Douglass (New Orleans, LA). The Doves record now stands at 10-2.
The Penguins (1-6) will now prepare for their battle against Chalmette (Chalmette, LA). The Owls come into the non-league battle with a 10-5 record. In their last battle, Chalmette dropped by Slidell (Slidell, LA), 52-44, in a non-league battle.
