Aurora Huskies (Aurora, NE) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Milford Eagles (Milford, NE), 59-51 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Aurora upgrades its record to 2-6 on the season. The Huskies host St. Paul (St. Paul, NE) to clash with the Wildcats in a C1 District 9 bout on Thursday, January 4. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 2-5.
