December 21, 2023: Greensboro, NC 27407 Greensboro Day School Bengals (Greensboro, NC) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Ben L. Smith Golden Eagles (Greensboro, NC), 69-48 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Greensboro Day School upgrades its record to 13-2 on the campaign. The Bengals travel to Bishop McGuinness (Kernersville, NC) to play the Villains in a non-league bout on Friday, December 22. The Villains come into the bout with a record of 7-0. Bishop McGuinness won 48-34 in their recent non-league bout against Page (Greensboro, NC)
Next up, the Golden Eagles play the Reidsville Rams (Reidsville, NC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 28. Ben L. Smith will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Rams come into the bout with a 2-2 record after their 60-32 non-league loss to Rockingham County (Wentworth, NC).
