December 21, 2023: Sterling, VA 20164 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Oakton Cougars (Vienna, VA) and the host Dominion Titans (Sterling, VA), saw Oakton's basketball squad wallop Dominion by a tally of 63-31.
With the victory, Oakton improves its record to 9-1 on the campaign. The Cougars host Unity Reed (Manassas, VA) to confront the Lions in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 27. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 0-6. Unity Reed lost 65-12 in their recent league challenge against Osbourn Park (Manassas, VA)
Next up, the Titans confront the Potomac Falls Panthers (Sterling, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 5. Dominion will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 57-46 non-league loss to Centreville (Clifton, VA).
