Gibbon Buffaloes (Gibbon, NE) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Hi-Line [Eustis-Farnam/Elwood] (Eustis, NE), 25-24 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Gibbon upgrades its record to 2-6 on the campaign. The Buffaloes travel to Elm Creek (Elm Creek, NE) to play the Buffaloes in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 28. The Buffaloes come into the bout with a record of 5-3. Elm Creek won 43-31 in their recent non-league bout against St. Patrick's (North Platte, NE)
