The Greeley Central Wildcats basketball team (Greeley, CO), was nudged 59-55 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Ponderosa Mustangs (Parker, CO)

The Mustangs now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fort Collins for a non-league battle on Wednesday, January 3. Ponderosa will battle a Lambkins team coming off a 55-46 non-league loss to Windsor (Windsor, CO). The Lambkins record now stands at 4-2.

The Wildcats (1-6) will now prepare for their battle against Broomfield (Broomfield, CO). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 7-1 record. In their last battle, Broomfield edged Heritage (Littleton, CO), 42-34, in a non-league battle.
