Mississippi High School Basketball - Horn Lake ripped by Pontotoc
December 21, 2023: Horn Lake, MS 38637 The Pontotoc Warriors basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Horn Lake Eagles to 15 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Warriors now sport a 14-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Point for a 5A Region 1 contest on Friday, January 5.
The Eagles (3-9) will now prepare for their contest against Southaven (Southaven, MS). The Chargers enter the 7A Region 1 contest with a 2-9 record. In their last contest, Southaven was routed by Olive Branch (Olive Branch, MS), 52-36, in a non-league contest.
