The Knoch Knights basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Slippery Rock Rockets to 24 in the Knights non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Knights now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Freeport for a WPIAL 4A 1 contest on Tuesday, January 2.

The Rockets (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Lakeview (Stoneboro, PA). The Sailors enter the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Lakeview triumphed over Farrell (Farrell, PA), 63-21, in a league contest.
