Many Farms Lobos (Many Farms, AZ) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Red Mesa Redskins (Teec Nos Pos, AZ), 39-28 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Many Farms upgrades its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Lobos travel to Round Valley (Eagar, AZ) to play the Elks in a 2A North bout on Friday, December 22. The Elks come into the bout with a record of 10-8. Round Valley lost 43-35 in their recent league bout against St. Johns (St. Johns, AZ)

Next up, the Redskins play the Mayer Wildcats (Mayer, AZ) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 27. Red Mesa will attempt to upgrade on its 7-3 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 7-5 record after their 61-29 non-league loss to San Pasqual Valley (Winterhaven, CA).
