Oregon High School Basketball - Santiam Christian can't hold off North Valley
December 21, 2023: Grants Pass, OR 97526 The Santiam Christian Eagles basketball team (Corvallis, OR), was nudged 27-24 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host North Valley Knights (Grants Pass, OR)
The Knights now possess a 8-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Klamath Union for a non-league battle on Friday, December 22. North Valley will battle a Pelicans team coming off a 56-44 non-league win over Cascade Christian (Medford, OR). The Pelicans record now stands at 6-0.
The Eagles (1-7) will now prepare for their battle against St. Mary's (Medford, OR). The Crusaders come into the non-league battle with a 1-4 record. In their last battle, St. Mary's was nudged by Phoenix (Phoenix, OR), 43-26, in a non-league battle.
