Oregon High School Basketball - Rogue River fells Pacific
December 21, 2023: Rogue River, OR 97537 Rogue River Chieftains (Rogue River, OR) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Pacific (Port Orford, OR), 60-44 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Rogue River upgrades its record to 3-7 on the season. The Chieftains host St. Mary's (Medford, OR) to play the Crusaders in a 3A Far West bout on Friday, January 5. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 1-6.
Next up, the play the Alsea Wolverines (Alsea, OR) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 27. Pacific will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Wolverines go into the bout with a 0-7 record after their 56-20 non-league loss to Waldport (Waldport, OR).
