December 21, 2023: Bensalem, PA 19020 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Holy Ghost Prep Firebirds (Bensalem, PA) and the visiting Bristol Warriors (Bristol, PA), saw Holy Ghost Prep's basketball squad wallop Bristol by a tally of 63-31.
With the victory, Holy Ghost Prep improves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Firebirds host Council Rock South (Holland, PA) to confront the Golden Hawks in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 23. The Golden Hawks come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
Next up, the Warriors confront the Dock Mennonite Pioneers (Lansdale, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 27. Bristol will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 58-45 non-league loss to Spring-Ford (Royersford, PA).
