New York High School Basketball - Albany fells Beacon
December 21, 2024: Albany, NY 12203 The Albany Falcons basketball team scored 75 points and limited the visiting Beacon Bulldogs to 63 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Falcons now have a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Truman for a non-league game on Saturday, January 4. Albany will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 52-47 non-league loss to Wings Academy (Bronx, NY). The Mustangs record now stands at 5-4.
With the loss, Beacon falls to 4-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Liberty (Liberty, NY) to confront the Indians in a Section 9 Orange County III game on Thursday, January 9. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 1-2.
