Kentucky High School Basketball - Apollo overwhelms Webster County
December 21, 2024: Owensboro, KY 42301 The Apollo Eagles basketball team scored 67 points and limited the visiting Webster County Trojans to 37 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Eagles now have a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Livingston Central for a non-league game on Saturday, January 4.
With the loss, Webster County falls to 3-5 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Madisonville-North Hopkins (Madisonville, KY) to confront the Maroons in a non-league game on Friday, January 3. The Maroons go into the game with a record of 4-1.
