December 21, 2024: Smyrna, TN 37167 Brentwood Bruins (Brentwood, TN) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Stewarts Creek Red Hawks (Smyrna, TN), 72-64 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Brentwood upgrades its record to 9-1 on the year. The Bruins travel to Blackman (Murfreesboro, TN) to face the Blaze in a non-league match on Thursday, December 26. The Blaze enter the match with a record of 8-1. Blackman won 45-24 in their recent non-league match against Cascade (Wartrace, TN)
The Red Hawks now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Centennial for a non-league match on Friday, December 27. Stewarts Creek will face a Cougars squad coming off a 82-79 non-league loss to Science Hill (Johnson City, TN). The Cougars record now stands at 4-5.
