The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Poinciana Eagles (Kissimmee, FL) and the visiting Bridge to Independence Wildcats (Orlando, FL), observed Poinciana's basketball team overcome Bridge to Independence by a score of 63-50.

The Eagles (8-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Bush (Seattle, WA). The Blazers come into the non-league challenge with a 3-3 record. In their last challenge, Bush dropped by Overlake (Redmond, WA), 58-45, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Forest Lake Academy Panthers (Apopka, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 7. Bridge to Independence will attempt to improve on its 7-3 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 1-6 record after their 67-27 non-league loss to Foundation Academy (Winter Garden, FL).
