The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Central Lions (Carrollton, GA) and the visiting Mt. Zion Eagles (Mt. Zion, GA), observed Central's basketball team edge Mt. Zion by a score of 63-57.

The Lions (9-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Calhoun (Calhoun, GA). The Yellow Jackets come into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Calhoun edged Coosa (Rome, GA), 75-64, in a non-league challenge.
