Champlain Valley Union Redhawks (Hinesburg, VT) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Mount Anthony Patriots (Bennington, VT), 54-26 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Champlain Valley Union advances its record to 1-1 on the year. The Redhawks travel to Bellows Free Academy (St. Albans, VT) to face the Bobwhites/Comets in a non-league match on Monday, December 23. The Bobwhites/Comets enter the match with a record of 3-0.
