In Saturday's non-league test, the Clay City Eels (Clay City, IN) basketball squad got by the visiting Indianapolis Metropolitan Pumas (Indianapolis, IN), by a score of 56-54.

Next, the Eels encounter the Owen Valley Patriots (Spencer, IN) in a non-league test, on Friday, December 27. Clay City will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Patriots come into the test with a 1-5 record after their 60-45 non-league loss to Monrovia (Monrovia, IN).
