Washington High School Basketball - Emerald Ridge holds off Tahoma
December 21, 2024: Maple Valley, WA 98038 The Emerald Ridge Jaguars basketball team scored 62 points and limited the host Tahoma Bears to 55 in the Jaguars non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Jaguars now have a 5-2 record. They play next when they host White River for a non-league game on Thursday, December 26. Emerald Ridge will confront a Hornets team coming off a 74-51 non-league win over Kent-Meridian (Kent, WA). The Hornets record now stands at 7-0.
With the loss, Tahoma falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Bears host Northwood (Irvine, CA) to confront the Timberwolves in a non-league game on Thursday, December 26. The Timberwolves go into the game with a record of 5-5. Northwood won 56-53 in their recent non-league game against Dana Hills (Dana Point, CA)
