The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the McDonogh Eagles (Owings Mills, MD) and the host Episcopal Maroon (Alexandria, VA), observed McDonogh's basketball team edge Episcopal by a score of 57-50.

The Eagles (7-3) will now prepare for their challenge against West Nottingham (Colora, MD). The Rams come into the non-league challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, West Nottingham was tipped by Tri-State Christian (Elkton, MD), 55-22, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Maroon encounter the St. Mary's Ryken Knights (Leonardtown, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 4. Episcopal will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record.
