Iowa High School Basketball - Hillcrest Academy holds off Fairfield
December 21, 2024: Fairfield, IA 52556 The Hillcrest Academy Ravens basketball team scored 54 points and limited the host Fairfield Trojans to 48 in the Ravens non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Ravens now have a 7-1 record. They play next when they host Louisa-Muscatine for a SEI - North game on Friday, January 3. Hillcrest Academy will confront a Falcons team coming off a 79-76 league win over Lone Tree (Lone Tree, IA). The Falcons record now stands at 3-4.
With the loss, Fairfield falls to 1-6 on the campaign. The Trojans host Centerville (Centerville, IA) to confront the Big Reds/Redettes in a non-league game on Monday, January 6. The Big Reds/Redettes go into the game with a record of 2-3.
