Kentucky High School Basketball - Grayson County overwhelms Henry County
December 21, 2024: New Castle, KY 40050 The Grayson County Cougars basketball team scored 71 points and limited the host Henry County Wildcats to 45 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Cougars now possess a 6-1 record. They play next when they host Taylor County for a non-league game on Friday, December 27. Grayson County will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 69-53 non-league loss to George Rogers Clark (Winchester, KY). The Cardinals record now stands at 4-4.
With the loss, Henry County falls to 5-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Meade County (Brandenburg, KY) to confront the Green Waves in a non-league game on Friday, December 27.
