In Saturday's non-league test, the Hillcrest Knights (Idaho Falls, ID) basketball squad defeated the visiting Star Valley Braves (Afton, WY), by a score of 51-41.

Next, the Knights clash with the Blackfoot Broncos (Blackfoot, ID) in a 5A High Country test, on Tuesday, January 7. Hillcrest will attempt to improve on its 6-3 season record.

The Braves (1-5) will now prepare for their test against Mountain Crest (Hyrum, UT). The Mustangs come into the non-league test with a 4-6 record.
