The Savannah Country Day Hornets basketball team scored 60 points and limited the visiting Islands Sharks to 44 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Hornets now possess a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Holly Hill Academy for a non-league game on Friday, December 27. Savannah Country Day will play a Raiders team coming off a 61-43 non-league loss to Williamsburg Academy (Kingstree, SC). The Raiders record now stands at 2-1.
