December 21, 2024: Newark, NJ 07103 West Side Roughriders (Newark, NJ) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Tech Panthers (Newark, NJ), 75-61 in a non-league match.
With the victory, West Side advances its record to 1-2 on the year. The Roughriders travel to Newark Central (Newark, NJ) to meet the Blue Devils in a non-league match on Monday, December 23. The Blue Devils enter the match with a record of 0-1. Newark Central lost 57-44 in their recent league match against Columbia (Maplewood, NJ)
The Panthers now own a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Orange for a non-league match on Sunday, January 5.
