California High School Basketball - Bishop O'Dowd defeats Caruthers
December 21, 2024: Oakland, CA 94605 The Bishop O'Dowd Dragons (Oakland, CA) basketball were winner over the visiting Caruthers Blue Raiders (Caruthers, CA), 55-41 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Dragons now possess a 5-3 record. They play next when they host Castro Valley for a West Alameda County - Foothill bout on Thursday, January 9. Bishop O'Dowd will play a Trojans team coming off a 54-47 non-league loss to Dougherty Valley (San Ramon, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 4-6.
With the loss, Caruthers falls to 6-3 on the campaign. The Blue raiders travel to Oregon City (Oregon City, OR) to play the Pioneers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 27. The Pioneers go into the bout with a record of 2-2.
