December 21, 2024: Kaycee, WY 82639 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Kaycee Buckaroos (Kaycee, WY) and the visiting Guernsey-Sunrise Vikings (Guernsey, WY), observed Kaycee's basketball team overwhelm Guernsey-Sunrise by a margin of 56-12.
The Buckaroos (1-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Southeast (Yoder, WY). The Cyclones come into the non-league challenge with a 4-0 record. In their last challenge, Southeast trounced Encampment (Encampment, WY), 31-30, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Vikings battle the HEM Miners (Hanna, WY) in a 1A Southeast challenge, on Saturday, December 21. Guernsey-Sunrise will attempt to better on its 0-7 season record. The Miners come into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 53-27 non-league loss to Lingle-Fort Laramie (Lingle, WY).
