Indiana High School Basketball - Highland holds off Michigan City

In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Highland Trojans basketball team scored a close 52-49 triumph over the Michigan City Wolves.

The Trojans (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Griffith (Griffith, IN). The Panthers go into the non-league contest with a 7-5 record. In their last contest, Griffith nipped Whiting (Whiting, IN), 66-43, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Wolves confront the New Prairie Cougars (New Carlisle, IN) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, January 7. Michigan City will attempt to better on its 2-11 season record.
