December 21, 2024: Abbeville, LA 70510 The Covenant Christian Academy Lions (Houma, LA) soccer overwhelmed the host Vermilion Catholic Eagles (Abbeville, LA), 4-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Lions now hold a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to Riverside Academy for a Division IV District 7 challenge on Friday, January 3. Covenant Christian Academy will encounter a Rebels squad coming off a 5-0 league win over St. Martin's Episcopal (Metairie, LA). The Rebels record now stands at 3-4.
