California High School Soccer - Leuzinger nudges King/Drew
December 21, 2024: Lawndale, CA 90260 Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Leuzinger Olympians (Lawndale, CA) and the visiting King/Drew Golden Eagles (Los Angeles, CA), saw Leuzinger's soccer squad hold off King/Drew by a count of 1-0.
The Olympians (6-2) will now prepare for their battle against Lawndale (Lawndale, CA). The Cardinals enter the Ocean battle with a 6-2 record. In their last battle, Lawndale tipped Beverly Hills (Beverly Hills, CA), 4-1, in a league battle.
Next up, the Golden Eagles battle the Maywood CES Wolfpack (Maywood, CA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, December 26. King/Drew will attempt to upgrade on its 8-5 season record. The Wolfpack enter the battle with a 4-5 record after their 4-2 non-league loss to Warren (Downey, CA).
