Louisiana High School Basketball - Crescent City Christian tops East Iberville
December 22, 2022: Metairie, LA 70006 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Crescent City Christian Pioneers (Metairie, LA) and the visiting East Iberville Tigers (St. Gabriel, LA), saw Crescent City Christian's basketball squad knock off East Iberville by a tally of 60-40.
With the victory, Crescent City Christian improves its record to 15-2 on the campaign. The Pioneers travel to Riverside Academy (Reserve, LA) to play the Rebels in a 1A District 10 challenge on Tuesday, January 17. The Rebels come into the challenge with a record of 0-3.
Next up, the Tigers play the White Castle Bulldogs (White Castle, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 28. East Iberville will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 7-7 record after their 56-53 non-league loss to David Thibodaux (Lafayette, LA).
