California High School Basketball - Crespi thwarts Providence
December 22, 2022: Encino, CA 91316 The Crespi Celts (Encino, CA) basketball knocked off the visiting Providence Pioneers (Burbank, CA), 66-53 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Celts (11-2) will now prepare for their test against Davis (Kaysville, UT). The Darts go into the non-league test with a 3-4 record. In their last test, Davis went down by Lone Peak (Highland, UT), 73-69, in a non-league test.
The Pioneers now own a 6-8 record. They play next when they host Thousand Oaks for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 27. Providence will encounter a Lancers squad coming off a 81-71 non-league loss to Walnut (Walnut, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 8-2.
