Alabama High School Basketball - Keith can't hold off Hazel Green
December 22, 2022: Orrville, AL 36767 The Hazel Green Trojans basketball team scored 51 points and held the host Keith Bears to 48 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Trojans now sport a 3-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Franklin County for a non-league contest on Friday, December 23. Hazel Green will battle a Rebels team coming off a 61-37 non-league loss to Spain Park (Hoover, AL). The Rebels record now stands at 5-9.
The Bears (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against Marion (Marion, AL). The Rams enter the non-league contest with a 4-4 record. In their last bout, Marion was edged by Greene County (Eutaw, AL), 40-34, in a league bout.
