New Jersey High School Basketball - Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology can't hold off Irvington
December 22, 2022: Irvington, NJ 07111 The Irvington Blue Knights basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the visiting Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology Lions to 57 in the Blue Knights non-league victory on Thursday.
The Blue Knights now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to University for a Super Essex - American contest on Tuesday, January 3. Irvington will battle a Phoenix team coming off a 76-57 league loss to North Star Academy (Newark, NJ). The Phoenix record now stands at 0-5.
The Lions (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against DePaul Catholic (Wayne, NJ). The Spartans come into the non-league contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, DePaul Catholic edged West Milford (West Milford, NJ), 87-51, in a non-league contest.
