California High School Basketball - Santa Ana Valley holds off Los Amigos

Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Santa Ana Valley Falcons (Santa Ana, CA) and the visiting Los Amigos Lobos (Fountain Valley, CA), saw Santa Ana Valley's basketball squad hold off Los Amigos by a tally of 39-37.

With the victory, Santa Ana Valley improves its record to 10-5 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Savanna (Anaheim, CA) to confront the Rebels in a Orange challenge on Thursday, January 5. The Rebels come into the challenge with a record of 4-10. Savanna lost 75-57 in their recent non-league challenge against Loara (Anaheim, CA)

Next up, the Lobos confront the Vista del Lago Ravens (Moreno Valley, CA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, December 27. Los Amigos will attempt to advance on its 4-10 season record. The Ravens go into the test with a 0-11 record after their 50-35 non-league loss to Colton (Colton, CA).
