California High School Basketball - Westchester tops Mayfair
December 22, 2022: Los Angeles, CA 90045 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Westchester Comets (Los Angeles, CA) and the visiting Mayfair Monsoons (Lakewood, CA), saw Westchester's basketball squad knock off Mayfair by a count of 42-32.
With the victory, Westchester upgrades its record to 6-5 on the campaign. The Comets host University (Los Angeles, CA) to play the Wildcats in a Western challenge on Wednesday, January 11. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 4-7.
Next up, the Monsoons play the Lake Washington Kangaroos (Kirkland, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 27. Mayfair will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record.
