Georgia High School Basketball - Thomson overwhelms Social Circle
December 22, 2022: Thomson, GA 30824 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Thomson Bulldogs (Thomson, GA) and the visiting Social Circle Redskins (Social Circle, GA), saw Thomson's basketball squad wallop Social Circle by a tally of 77-51.
With the victory, Thomson improves its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Brookwood (Snellville, GA) to confront the Broncos in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 28. The Broncos come into the challenge with a record of 7-4. Brookwood won 76-45 in their recent non-league challenge against Central Gwinnett (Lawrenceville, GA)
Next up, the Redskins confront the Mays Raiders (Atlanta, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 31. Social Circle will attempt to improve on its 5-5 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 6-3 record after their 74-65 non-league win over Wenonah (Birmingham, AL).
