California High School Basketball - St. Paul can't hold off Warren
December 22, 2022: Downey, CA 90241 The St. Paul Swordsmen basketball team (Santa Fe Springs, CA), was nudged 2-0 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Warren Bears (Downey, CA)
The Bears now possess a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gahr for a battle on Wednesday, January 4. Warren will battle a Gladiators team coming off a 57-41 non-league loss to La Serna (Whittier, CA). The Gladiators record now stands at 0-2.
The Swordsmen (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against Shadow Hills (Indio, CA). The Knights come into the non-league battle with a 9-5 record. In their last battle, Shadow Hills edged Brawley (Brawley, CA), 36-35, in a non-league battle.
