Michigan High School Basketball - Grosse Ile nips Cabrini
December 22, 2022: Allen Park, MI 48101 Grosse Ile Red Devils (Grosse Ile, MI) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Cabrini Monarchs (Allen Park, MI), 46-45 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Grosse Ile upgrades its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Red Devils host Trenton (Trenton, MI) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 4. The Trojans come into the bout with a record of 5-4. Trenton won 56-37 in their recent league bout against Woodhaven (Brownstown, MI)
Next up, the Monarchs play the Richard Pioneers (Riverview, MI) in a Catholic C-D D bout, on Wednesday, January 4. Cabrini will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record.
