Connecticut High School Basketball - Joel Barlow tipped by Nonnewaug
December 22, 2022: Woodbury, CT 06798 The Nonnewaug Chiefs basketball team scored 34 points and held the visiting Joel Barlow Falcons to 32 in the Chiefs non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Chiefs now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Terryville for a Berkshire contest on Tuesday, January 3. Nonnewaug will meet a Kangaroos team coming off a 33-27 league loss to Shepaug Valley (Washington, CT). The Kangaroos record now stands at 0-1.
The Falcons (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Harding (Bridgeport, CT). The Presidents enter the non-league contest with a 0-3 record.
