December 22, 2022: Livermore, CA 94550 Benicia Panthers (Benicia, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Granada Matadors (Livermore, CA), 70-50 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Benicia upgrades its record to 5-3 on the season. The Panthers travel to Bradshaw Christian (Sacramento, CA) to clash with the The Pride in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 28. The The Pride go into the bout with a record of 8-4. Bradshaw Christian won 62-41 in their recent non-league bout against Mt. Shasta (Mt. Shasta, CA)
Next up, the Matadors clash with the Priory Panthers (Portola Valley, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 6. Granada will attempt to upgrade on its 7-4 season record.
