Virginia High School Basketball - Tabb holds off Warwick
December 22, 2022: Newport News, VA 23601 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Tabb Tigers (Yorktown, VA) and the host Warwick Raiders (Newport News, VA), saw Tabb's basketball squad hold off Warwick by a tally of 44-40.
With the victory, Tabb improves its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Warhill (Williamsburg, VA) to confront the Lions in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 6. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 1-6.
Next up, the Raiders confront the Heritage Hurricanes (Newport News, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 3. Warwick will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record.
